Why choose virtual staging over traditional staging?
With traditional staging, you show the property as it currently is while virtual staging sells the idea of what the home can be. Virtual staging allows you to digitally paint the walls, change the light fixtures, add built-in’s, etc.

While we photograph, you browse the 33-page style guide. Find pictures of interiors or furniture that you like, or just tell us your preferences. It is essential for us to understand your vision to deliver the perfect result.
3. Spotless delivers.
Spotless receives Goodlook’s photography and your taste preferences. With those together, Spotless does their magic and creates perfect photorealistic renders within 48 hours. Easy peasy.
Pricing
$100/photo
Option One - Regular Job
If your listing is currently empty and needs staging, this is what you want. A “regular job” involves staging an empty home/apartment and filling it with virtually rendered furniture.
$200/photo
Option Two - Double Job
This is for when you really want to showcase what’s possible. A “double job” can remove existing furniture (yes, really!), paint the walls a different color, change the flooring, and then virtually stage the photo.
