Scheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all photography services. Last minute requests will be addressed individually. When scheduling an appointment please include the desired date, the listing address, and any other important information about the property. After both parties have agreed on a date and time, and a $100 deposit has been made, the appointment will be considered “booked.” Please use our photography checklist to ensure the home is cleaned, staged, and photo ready. Properties will be shot “as is.”

Travel

We are happy to provide photography services for properties located outside of our normal service area. A travel fee will be applied for properties located more than 30 driving miles away from the North Carolina State Capitol building in Downtown Raleigh as determined by the shortest distance indicated by Google Maps, or 30 driving miles away from Smithfield, NC (our headquarters) at the discretion of Goodlook.

At The Shoot

The client, homeowner, or authorized representative should be present during the shoot unless previously specified. If the client, homeowner, or authorized representative is not available, our interpretation of the property will be deemed acceptable. We will make a reasonable effort to exclude unwanted or unsightly objects before shooting each room. This does not include things like making beds, de-cluttering, or moving furniture. Your input is important when choosing which rooms will be photographed and the best angles for each one. It’s understood that without your input we will photograph the property using our experience and judgment.

After The Shoot

After the initial shoot we will digitally process the images. This can include compositing, basic color correction, retouching and preparing master files for final delivery. Advanced retouching and revisions are available for an additional cost.

Delivery

Photos will be delivered within three business days of the photo shoot. We will provide two sets of images - one optimized for MLS/web, and another set suitable for print. Please let us know if you require specialty delivery specifications prior to photo delivery. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests. If additional edits are requested after photo delivery, Goodlook will apply a revision fee based on their discretion.

Cancellation & Home Access

Please note - a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a “booked” appointment. If Goodlook arrives to the property and the client, homeowner, or authorized representative is not available to provide access to the home within 30 minutes of the shooting time, or if the property is not in a suitable condition/state for photography, we will charge the full rate of the appointment as planned.

Rights & Usage

All images remain the sole property of the photographer and carry a two year limited license. They may be used for marketing associated with the current sale of the property, by the customer/agent who hired Goodlook, in accordance with local MLS rules. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, other real estate agents, sellers or buyers is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer. Images and video do not have a property release. Photographer is not liable for any use that may require a release. These terms and conditions apply to this and all subsequent shoots. You promise to indemnify us, defend us, and pay the expenses of our defense, if a claim is made against us arising out of the services we perform for you.

Payment

A $100 deposit is required to schedule an appointment. This deposit goes 100% towards the final cost of your order. Your deposit will be refunded to you If you decide to cancel the appointment with more than 24 hours notice before appointment time. You will be charged in full upon Goodlook service delivery. We accept cash, check, PayPal, or credit card.
